- If you have been married more than once and have children with each partner, a Will is the best way to ensure all of your children benefit
- If you don’t make a Will, the law (and not you) will dictate where your money will go. It is not always certain that your spouse, or even your children, will get your money
- It costs far more to correct the mistakes in a homemade Will than it does to prepare a properly drawn up Will in the first place. It could cost thousands to rectify an error
- Your Will may be out of date because of a change of circumstances. Your Will needs to be reviewed regularly to ensure it says what you want it to say
