For the safety of our staff and clients during this lockdown period, we are limiting the amount of people visiting our offices.
Our reception doors are closed to the public and where clients need to drop paperwork off, this can be posted through the letterboxes at our Regent Street (Mansfield) and Low Street (Sutton in Ashfield) office. For any clients who need to pass anything to our reception team, they can knock on our reception door and we can accept this.
We are available to speak to clients for booked appointments only. The majority of appointments will be held with clients by phone and video call and there will be limited face to face appointments where necessary.
Our staff continue to work hard to progress cases during this busy and challenging time and they will be in touch with clients when they have an update. Following the guidance staff are working mainly from home and may be working out of usual business hours to support childcare, home-schooling and other responsibilities.
